Look what we made this week!

A little cake with a big personality!

This one was dark chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache and passion fruit confit.

Unfortunately (for me, of course), I didn’t have the chance to taste it..but it looks like someone was really happy about it! 🙂

Guardate cosa abbiamo combinato questa settimana!

Una piccola torta con una grande personalità!

Per questa occasione abbiamo scelto una mud cake al cioccolato fondente con una ganache al cioccolato bianco e un confit al frutto della passione.

Sfortunatamente (per me, ovvio!) non ho avuto la possibilità di assaggiarla, ma di sicuro qualcuno è stato contento! 🙂
